A dream-come-true meeting with Daniel Sturridge at the club's first training session at Harvard ended up with the Reds striker actually posting a photo of the fan's tattooed arm on his own Twitter, Facebook and Instagram account.
Within minutes, it had gone viral online and even ended up on the club's YouTube channel.
"It was the best day of my life," Rijul Sharda, a 20-year-old from New Delhi, India told LFCtour.com. "I went to Boston airport to meet the players but I didn't get to see them.
"Then I headed to the team hotel but I couldn't get in so to end up meeting Daniel and him actually taking a picture of ME - and posting it on his social media accounts - that was unbelievable!"
"The feeling was incredible. It felt so good when I saw he'd posted it! My arm is famous now! I keep saying it but it was the best day of my life. I still cannot believe it wasn't a dream! I just love Liverpool Football Club!"
